It's official...real real real soon, my 5th...yes 5th project is in effect. A mini album highly inspired by Hiphop, Brokenbeat, Chicago House, Detroit Techno, Dub, Jazz, soul etc, etc etc...just overall progressive electronic reality music. Created mainly for the traveling individual, one that rides Public Transportation, especially the train systems or has to commute long distances for work, school etc, basically those constantly on the go, both mentally and physically. Aight well kinda...I mean I never left, its been 5months and no update tho!, lots been going on, I will do my best to build with my peeps on here again...I been also treating my facebook more like a blogsite as of late lol...I hope everyone is well and peace and progressive. Same ol for me, doing what I can to stay focused and intune. Playing more gigs, reading, observing, listening, loving, building, breathing, stretching, balancing, overall learning and growing, etc. The keys to staying a(live). Definitely happy I must say, life is grand! Living in the now/moment and just being/existing and going with the flow has been the best way, not sweating the lil ish or dwelling on the past.

My project "Scatterbrain Tapes Vol 1" was released back in June via plustapes.com and if you don't get it direct from them you can go to or order @ reckless.com only 100 were pressed up and at this moment I am told there are only a handful left in existance!

props to Chirp for holding it down.......alot of individual sellers/buyers and stores present, Im trying to see how I can be down to rock next year....props to Jeff Parker(Tortoise etc) for schoolin some cats on the tables with some breaks.....I spent very little and came up with some good finds...some activities still continue today, I may make it out.........

I been looking up juicing recipes and tips/info etc and stumbled upon this guy, he claims he makes juice without a juicer...the part I don't get is the blackface, lol....idiot? I just got the Nutrisource 1000 which I love and don't mind inserting 1-3 carrots at a time in...I advise people to invest in one, the quest to live close to invincible while physically on Earth is important! If you juice, im curious to recipes you may have and/or tips/suggestions in holistic/original ways. Carrot, Orange and Strawberry is my fave so far.

Blah blah blah.....

Ok yo..It had to be done, a few close friends told me that I needed a site, I kinda sorta agree, so I decided to roll with this blog for now....And its my birth month so couldn't have been better timing...I know the blog game isn't what it was, but so what! Im the type of person semi into status updates, I like to have fun with words and expressions. I have alot of ideas and random thoughts, interests, fazes, opinions, moods and alot of etceteras, etc's. So with that said, here it goes. I appreciate you tuning in, and am looking forward to learning more from you and furthering connecting myself with others. No way to say how often I will be updating but you can expect to hear, see and if I can figure out a way to trigger your other senses, then so be it! Im gonna make it happen lol.
